Rev. Sara Rossigg

Pastor

A bit about pastor, Rev. Sara Rossigg:

Pastor Rossigg began serving Brandon Congregational United Church of Christ in early 2022.  She is a graduate of Chicago Theological Seminary and an ordained UCC minister, having served churches in New Hampshire, Connecticut, Cleveland, and Chicago.  She also holds a degree in Biological Science from Michigan State University, and has previously worked a number of years in the conservation science field in her home state of Michigan.  Sara enjoys spending time with family, their pets, being still in the woods, playing the mandolin and guitar, vegetable gardening, and listening to 80’s music.

The path God has led her down has offered her particular ministerial experience in the areas of neighborhood outreach, homeless youth advocacy, the welcoming congregations movement, the green church movement, and food security justice.
